The YMCA Bakerview Campus stared as an indoor turf field, ideal for sporting events during wet and cold months but with less demand during shoulder and summer months. Quantum Construction reconfigured the space to be a greater resource to the community and the YMCA, working alongside the original turf installer to shorten the field (ideal for fast-paced indoor games), add a basketball court, storage, and redo the bathrooms, lobby and office. Now the facility can be used year around and provides additional gym and multi-use space, a big need in Skagit County!
