It’s hard to travel throughout Skagit, Island and Whatcom Counties without seeing (or using) some of Quantum Construction, Inc.’s handiwork.

Did you use your cell phone while driving I-5 to Bellingham? You probably used on the of the cellular communication towers constructed by Quantum. Did the Washington Pass rest stop on Highway 20 provide much needed relief? Quantum built that, too.

Quantum is a family owned business and owners Karin and Mike Baldwin are proud to contribute to the commercial, industrial and residential pillars of the community.
