Aug. 30, 2010. Quantum Construction, Inc. recognized employees for a significant focus on safety this past week. Since the Baldwins took over ownership of Quantum in 2005, the Quantum craftsmen have worked more than 130,000 hours without an OSHA “day away from work” due to on the job injuries. In an industry that bears inherent dangers like construction, this is a remarkable feat, the equivalent of one man working full time for 62.5 years! The management team at Quantum recognized that this type of record can only be possible through the ownership of safety displayed by each team member.

As a token of appreciation, each active craftsman was given a DeWALT cordless 18V combo kit which included a drill/driver and impact driver. Each employee also received two high visible work T-shirts to aid future safety efforts.
