Passing golden shovels around, Quantum joined the Koetje family in a ground breaking ceremony for a new addition to their Oak Harbor Real Estate office. Despite a cold wind whipping in from the nearby bay, they were joined by friends and employees as everyone came together for this joyful and momentous undertaking!
