Karin Baldwin

The owner of Quantum as of 2005, Karin has over 25 years in management and public relations. With a focus on continually increasing the levels of quality and excellence delivered to customers and clients, Karin looks forward to insuring the company’s success well into the future.

Mike Baldwin

Mike is responsible for project management, sales, purchasing and estimating in all facets of Quantum’s commercial, industrial and custom residential construction. He has been involved with construction marketing, sales and project management for over twenty five years with special emphasis in pre-engineered steel buildings and associated products. Additionally, Mike possesses strong expertise in the areas of utility, environmental and heavy construction work.

Roland R.

Roland has over twenty-five years of construction experience working on both public and private projects. His knowledge and skills in all aspects of construction provide him with a base and practiced eye for identifying and preventing workplace hazards before they arise. Twenty years of Roland’s experience has been with Quantum Construction working on projects that require a commitment to and focus on safety, including clients such as Puget Sound’s Shell and Tesoro Refineries, the University of Washington, and Seattle City Light. Roland is Quantum’s designated site supervisor in refinery settings for his commitment to providing a safe workplace and accident prevention.

Reed H.

Josh Baldwin

Josh has worked on and off for Quantum since 2004, holding positions in the field, safety, business development and marketing. In 2010 Josh returned to Quantum full time in his current role, focusing on Project Management, Business Development, Community Relations and Safety. Josh pioneers Quantum’s green initiatives and is a LEED Green Associate. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington.

Walt B.

Walt is a superintendent for Quantum and has over thirty-seven years of experience working in the Construction Industry as a talented carpenter, foreman and superintendent, with 24 of those years in a superintendent role. He has project experience that includes working with the bidding process, submittals and hands on jobsite activities from site work through the as-built process. He has been responsible for a variation of projects for both public and private clients, with an impressive list of clients, including Western Washington University, Wells Fargo, Deschutes Brewery, and Oregon State University.

Mark Buck

Mark is a highly talented project manager with a significant depth and breadth of experience in construction. He has degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management to back up his 28 years of on the job experience in commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential projects. His project portfolio includes shopping centers, large retail stores, medical buildings, education buildings, extensive tenant improvement projects, pool facilities, custom homes, and even a building for the TSA.

Mark has also traveled extensively for construction, managing projects in countries such as Nigeria, Ghana and Thailand, including a post-tsunami relief project to rebuild a school in Thailand.

Greg Latta

Greg is a highly skilled construction professional with over 30 years of construction experience. He started working at Quantum in 1997 in a supervision role, and has run a variety of projects including preenginered metal buildings (PEMBs), tourist & hospitality building for Seattle City Light, refinery security & operations buildings, a fire hall, civil work for an industrial farm, and a jewelry store.

Greg graduated Summa Cum Laude with a business degree from Kaplan University. He completed 23 years as a combat engineer in the U.S. Army, with deployments to Iraq and Saudi Arabia. He managed multiple construction projects in that time, including a school in Asia, and has special training in working in dangerous and explosive atmospheres. Highly safety oriented, Greg has never had a lost time injury on his crews, and has managed up to 45 employees on a site
