This two part project included new construction projects. Quantum constructed a 5,500 headquarters building for Northwest Marine Technology, who develops revolutionary fish tagging systems for researchers, fisheries and conservationists all over the world. This original building is located on property owned by the Anacortes Airport. Over twenty years later, Quantum turned to construct a second building, directly adjacent to the first, that provided additional office and light manufacturing space. As the second building was located within the fence boundary, it also included hangar space to address a need at the airport.
